You wake up early. You rush around getting yourself ready, the family ready, get everyone out the door and off to their various places. You rush around all day at home or at work. You eat your lunch on the go, you come home and eat dinner in a rush. Then it’s out for more things in the evening before you finally crash in your bed, exhausted, yet probably unable to sleep.
Maybe this sounds familiar? If so, I’d like to take this opportunity to give you a little advice. Being active and doing things is great. But doing too much, particularly too much that makes you feel stressed, anxious or upset can be damaging. Take an opportunity to schedule some time just for you. A meditation, a spot of yoga, praying, observing the world around you, visiting your nearest green space. Whatever makes you happy and relaxed.
I think you should do this right away. But hey, it’s a just some advice, you don’t have to take it. Just a little thought for today.
